Special district tops list for I-25, 392

Windsor and Fort Collins planners are hoping future development at Interstate 25 and Colorado 392 will fund interchange improvements there. The two communities are partway through a study looking at how to pay for the $22 million project. So far, forming a special tax district around the interchange to funnel a portion of the property and sales taxes from new businesses tops the list. (Click Below for full story)
